Were seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team and help bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. This role supports a variety of merchandising initiatives from task coordination to mock store management ensuring excellence in execution and reporting.
This role sits on site 5 days a week in Grapevine TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal emails
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data and reporting
- Create assign and track Visual Merchandising tasks via YOOBIC
- Compile and publish completion reports for field execution
- Maintain and update Mock Store
- Assist in all other Visual Merchandising initiatives and projects
- Occasional travel to local stores or events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Experience with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a plus
- Organizational mindset with task and time management skills
- Attentive to detail and creative instincts
- Collaborative team player
- Strong visual eye with an understanding of brand consistency
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25lbs
Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience Preferred:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Merchandising Communication Design Marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years working in retail environment
