Were working with a sleek stylish restaurant set in the heart of Windlesham. Known for its fresh seasonal menus and buzzing service the kitchen delivers modern vibrant dishes to hundreds of happy diners each week all with a front-row view of the action through its open kitchen.
Theyre now looking for a Sous Chef to join their talented brigade of six as they continue to grow their reputation for top-quality food and fast-paced service.

- Up to 38000 per annum plus 8000 to 10000 service charge
- Mixture of day and evening shifts offering variety and work-life balance

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading sections during service and stepping up in the Head Chefs absence
- Helping manage a busy kitchen doing up to 320 covers a day
- Getting involved in exciting pop-up street food events showcasing your creativity in a more casual high-energy setting
- Maintaining excellent standards of prep hygiene and organisation
- Mentoring junior chefs and helping keep team morale high during fast-paced shifts
This role would suit a confident Sous Chef who enjoys the buzz of a busy kitchen and is comfortable handling high volume without compromising on quality. If youre passionate about fresh food and want to be part of something dynamic wed love to hear from you.
