We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager Outside Sales to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within the Ontario region. You will develop strong relationships with new and existing clients identify growth opportunities and represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and cold calling.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct product presentations demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing customer service product development) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts reports and territory analysis.
- Attend trade shows conferences and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales territory management or business development (3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario market and ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in insert industry e.g. medical devices industrial equipment etc..
- Post-secondary education in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
