Job Title: HR Payroll Specialist (Contractor)

Job Location: Rijswijk Netherlands (Full-time on-site)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees. Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions and liaise with external payroll providers.

  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee health insurance pension and disability insurance processes ensuring accurate data and smooth communication with providers.

  • Invoice Handling: Validate and process payroll-related vendor invoices in line with internal procedures and timelines.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (HR Finance) and external vendors to ensure efficient operations and resolve any issues.

  • Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes comply with Dutch tax labor and social security regulations.

Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in HR Finance Accounting or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration.
    • Solid knowledge of Dutch payroll processes labor law tax and social security regulations.
    • Familiarity with Dutch employee benefits including pensions and health insurance.
    • Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office especially Excel.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • High level of accuracy discretion and integrity.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch or Chinese is a plus.
