Job Summary (List Format):
- Plan schedule and monitor production activities for assigned products.
- Manage the flow of goods between Henkel facilities in North America.
- Optimize scheduling and movement of finished goods to ensure excellent customer service and meet Net Working Capital and distribution center space goals.
- Responsible for replenishment activities for selected suppliers or production lines as assigned.
- Schedule production based on plans and customer requirements.
- Plan and execute purchase orders for assigned suppliers/production.
- Analyze and report plant performance versus schedule requirements.
- Plan and execute transfer orders between assigned warehouses.
- Periodically rebalance inventory across locations.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills for inventory management and production planning.
- Use SAP and Microsoft Office for production planning and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
- Maintain high level of organization and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing/operations experience required; BBA/Mathematics or related degree preferred.
- 1-year assignment 100% on-site.
