Job Description

Tangible is a fast-growing tech-driven platform providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in the private-markets secondaries space. By combining deep sector expertise with modern infrastructure we unlock liquidity across private equity private credit and real assets transforming the industry and enabling investors to move faster and smarter.

We are looking for a PCA Associate to join our deal team and work on some of the most dynamic transactions in private markets. We are hiring an Associate to take a leading role in the execution of secondary transactions. You will manage day-to-day workstreams supervise analysts and interface directly with clients and investors. This role is open globally to full-time contractors who can work standard Central European Time (CET) hours.

Tasks

  • Drive transaction execution including financial analysis process management and investor outreach.
  • Develop and maintain detailed fund- and asset-level models as well as portfolio performance analyses.
  • Prepare and review marketing materials pitch decks and client presentations with a high standard of accuracy.
  • Manage communication with clients buyers and advisors to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Support team growth by mentoring analysts and setting high standards for deliverables.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes implement best practices and contribute to building a scalable platform.

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in investment banking private equity secondaries or related advisory roles.
  • Strong technical skills including financial modeling valuations and deal structuring.
  • Proven ability to work independently take ownership and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills with attention to detail under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a dynamic fast-paced startup environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment - flexible proactive and self-directed.
