Job Description

Job Title: International Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced International Business Development Executive to drive end-to-end sales for our IT services business. This is a remote position ideal for someone who is self-driven target-oriented and comfortable managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.

The ideal candidate should be open to occasional international travel for expos and events and have a good understanding of IT service offerings such as web/app development SaaS or digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn email campaigns cold calling and online platforms
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
  • Understand client needs and propose customized IT service solutions
  • Prepare proposals pitch decks and pricing quotations
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution
  • Represent the company at international expos trade shows and virtual events
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international B2B sales (IT services preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with global clients across time zones
  • Confident and professional with the ability to represent the company internationally
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and lead generation platforms
