Job Title: International Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated and experienced International Business Development Executive to drive end-to-end sales for our IT services business. This is a remote position ideal for someone who is self-driven target-oriented and comfortable managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
The ideal candidate should be open to occasional international travel for expos and events and have a good understanding of IT service offerings such as web/app development SaaS or digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn email campaigns cold calling and online platforms
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
- Understand client needs and propose customized IT service solutions
- Prepare proposals pitch decks and pricing quotations
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution
- Represent the company at international expos trade shows and virtual events
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international B2B sales (IT services preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with global clients across time zones
- Confident and professional with the ability to represent the company internationally
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and lead generation platforms
