Our client a payment and financial services provider headquartered in London is looking for a CRM Consultant to join their Customer Marketing team (part of Global Operations) on a contract basis.
In this CRM role your mission is to accelerate the companys time to value with Braze and Snowflake supporting the Customer Marketing team with the campaign migration and orchestrating lifecycle campaigns that drive customer lifetime value.
What you will do:
- Embedded within the Customer Marketing team work with the project team
(including representation from our PM Product and Engineering teams) to onboard
Braze for marketing activity. - Deliver on the CRM strategy progressively improving delivery with segmentation communication design personalisation analytics and cross-channel synchronisation through WhatsApp SMS and through their product experience (including banners push content cards and more).
- Orchestrate priority campaigns in Braze within the first 60 days including their
onboarding journey and cross-sales campaign activity. - Migrate their other BAU campaigns currently in HubSpot and SendGrid into Braze
introducing new channels testing and content experiences now available to us
using Braze. - Recreate the companys branded email templates within Braze and customises for different
communication types and content pillars. - Work with their inbound service desk to deliver against CRM requests that are created by different product or regional teams for customer communication.
- Work with the team to realise the value from integrations with Lokalise (for campaign localisation across our 9 markets) Amplitude (creating triggers based on product events).
- Support the team to deliver on a test and learn framework for communications.
- Collaborate with the relevant Analytics Data and Engineering teams to ensure
availability and prioritisation of the attributes and events needed for segmentation
and triggers through Snowflake.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years experience in a CRM role comfortable building and deploying CRM communications across an end-to-end process.
- Experience working with Braze and Snowflake orchestrating advanced campaigns with sophisticated segmentation and triggers.
- Comfortable working across marketing channels including Push SMS (and RCS) Email and Content Cards.
- Comfortable working with dynamic personalisation and liquid logic.
- Experience with HubSpot the existing marketing platform is desirable but not essential.
- Able to review copywriting and have an eye for email formatting and template consistency.
