We currently have teams based in Malta Lisbon (Portugal) Sofia (Bulgaria) London (UK) and Bucharest (Romania). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.
take ownership of managing and developing affiliate relationships focusing on performance collaboration and long-term this role youll oversee affiliate performance negotiate commercial agreements ensure compliance and work closely with internal teams to align affiliate activities with our business goals. Manage and grow relationships with affiliates to maximize performance and drive revenue
Recruit evaluate and onboard new affiliates
Negotiate and optimize commercial deals and commission structures
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all affiliate activities
Collaborate with internal marketing product and compliance teams to align affiliate activity with company strategy
Identify new opportunities to expand the affiliate network and support acquisition growth
3 years of affiliate management experience within the iGaming industry.
Demonstrated experience working with affiliates markets.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience using affiliate tracking and analytics platforms.
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Strong networking skills
