Coffee Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Coffee Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks teas and other beverages to company standards.

• Operate coffee machines and equipment (espresso machine grinders brewers etc.) safely and efficiently.

• Take customer orders handle payments and provide friendly prompt service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding area.

• Monitor inventory levels of coffee supplies and restock as necessary.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Educate customers on coffee options and make recommendations based on preferences.

• Support colleagues during busy periods including assisting with food preparation or serving if required.

• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

• Uphold the brands image and values by maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications :

• Barista certification or coffee training (optional but advantageous)

• Passion for coffee and hospitality

• Basic food handling certification
