Job Description
Do you believe a great cup of coffee can brighten someones day At Hotel Weyanoke were looking for a Barista/Bartenderwho brings more than just espresso skillsyou bring warmth energy and hospitality to every guest experience.
As the first stop for many of our guests youll be the friendly face behind the counter the master of lattes and the one who knows just how to make mornings (and afternoons!) a little better.
We have Full Time and Part Time positions available!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Greet guests with a smile and friendly service.
- Craft delicious drinksfrom perfect cappuccinos to refreshing teasusing proper recipes and techniques.
- Share your knowledge of beverages menu items and local favorites.
- Handle cash payments and receipts with accuracy.
- Keep the barista station stocked organized and sparkling clean.
- Support your teammates to keep service smooth and welcoming.
- Help create memorable guest momentsbecause were not just serving coffee were serving experiences.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous barista or bar experience preferred but were happy to train the right person.
- Passion for coffee hospitality and creating connections with people.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Dependable professional and a team player.
- Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
