Job Description

Salary: 25000 plus OTC 15000 per annum

Location: Nelson (5 days office based) - 12 month maternity cover 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30

Overview:
Are you a driven results-oriented sales professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment At Daisy Communications were looking for a Desk-Based Inbound New Business Development Manager to convert high-quality inbound leads into profitable long-term customers. Youll be the first point of contact for potential clients showcasing the full Daisy product portfolio to help them achieve their business goals and hit your own ambitious sales targets while youre at it.

This is a high-activity high-reward sales role with uncapped earning potential ongoing coaching and genuine opportunities to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert Inbound Leads into Sales:
    Engage new business customers primarily via phone identifying their needs and matching them with tailored solutions from Daisys comprehensive product suite.

  • Close Business with Confidence:
    Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closed deal confidently pitching and closing business to meet and exceed Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets.

  • Own Your Pipeline:
    Take full responsibility for building managing and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently exceed your KPIs.

  • Sales-Focused Communication:
    Drive impactful conversations with Key Decision Makers using persuasive techniques to unlock business and upsell where appropriate.

  • Work Smart Sell Hard:
    Organize your day for maximum efficiency schedule tasks follow up proactively and maintain meticulous records across all systems.

  • Constantly Sharpen Your Edge:
    Stay ahead of the curve with proactive self-learning and regular sales coaching ensuring your product knowledge and selling techniques stay razor sharp.

  • Professional Presence:
    Represent Daisy with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction creating a first-class customer experience that converts interest into loyalty.


Qualifications :

    Proven success in a new business sales role
    Written and verbal communication
    Relationship management
