Leading a well-established team on a flagship alcohol account

Owning senior client relationships and delivering strategic creative and commercial excellence

Collaborating closely with strategy and creative leads to produce bold effective work

Balancing creative ambition with a focus on brand performance and sales impact

Staying culturally curious and trend-aware immersed in the world your consumers live in

Guiding integrated TTL campaigns from concept to execution

Mentoring and inspiring a talented client service team

Managing operational health and driving growth opportunities

Playing a key role in maintaining one of the agency s longest-standing client relationships
What you need to be considered..

10 years experience in client service including time at GAD or BUD level

Big brand experience is essential alcohol experience is a bonus not a must
-
A strategic mind with a deep love of creativity

Track record of delivering work that wins awards and sells

Strong team leadership and people management skills

Comfortable working closely with creatives and strategists alike

A calm clear communicator who builds trust with clients

Organised in control and across every detail without being a micromanager
