Role
Responsible for administration and supervision of the institutions human resources programs and staff. Responsibilities include administration of recruiting employee relations payroll and compensation and benefits programs.

Play an important part in planning development and implementation of effective human resource strategies and policies. Assists Senior Vice President of Human Resources in developing short and long term objectives goals and strategies. Administers operational plans policies and goals which further strategic objectives. Manages the recruiting and selection activities of the company to identify needed critical skills employ place and/or transfer internal and external managers professionals technicians and support staff to ensure adequate staffing levels. Recommends and administers effective recruiting program conducts exit interviews. Ensures accurate updated personnel information is available to other departments and to organizations as required. Should demonstrate competence in using current technology.

Administers the companys compensation payouts and updates salary grades ranges and job descriptions. Responsible for semi-monthly payroll and administration of HRIS.

Administers the companys benefit programs. Consult with and advise employees on their eligibility for these and other related benefits. Assures compliance with all legal requirements of HR programs and ensures reports are made as required. Compares vendors to identify cost savings.

Ensure company compliance with FMLA ADA HIPAA FMLA FLSA and other federal state and local laws.

Promotes all aspects of department project and allocates financial and talent resources appropriately.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act the Patriot Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Products is required.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
Bachelors degree or at least 5 years of experience
Interpersonal Skills
Other Skills
Knowledge of FMLA ADA HIPAA FMLA FLSA and other federal state and local employment laws is required.
