Job Description
A well-established organization is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist/Recruiter to join its team. This position reports directly to senior HR leadership and plays a key role in shaping and maintaining a positive workplace culture. This role serves as a vital first point of contact for both internal team members and external candidates making professionalism and a welcoming demeanor essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting with a focus on industrial and manufacturing roles
- Payroll processing and administration
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Benefits coordination and support
- General HR administrative support
- Assisting with company events and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2- years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
- Hands-on experience in recruiting payroll benefits and employee relations
- Background in industrial or manufacturing recruiting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional positive and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to represent and uphold company values in all interactions

- Location: Candidates must be based in or near Tallahassee FL or South Georgia (Thomas or Grady Counties)
