Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time junior-level position that requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and play a key role in driving our business success by engaging with potential and existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded within our diverse industry sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Counter Sales: Demonstrated experience and ability to handle counter sales efficiently ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to convey ideas and information clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders is necessary.
- Store handling: Prior experience in managing store operations inventory and ensuring the storefront is organized and customer-friendly.
- Customer Service: Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products offered and the ability to convey this information to clients.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients and suppliers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by engaging with new and existing customers to identify their needs and suggest suitable products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent product knowledge and service.
- Manage daily operations for sales including processing transactions handling cash and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with teammates to reach sales targets and quotas set by management.
- Maintain the stores visual appearance in high standards and support promotional events as needed.
- Participate actively in training and development opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Regularly report to management on sales progress and provide constructive feedback on market trends.
