Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Salesperson to join our clients dynamic team.

The Project Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships within the construction hardware and tools sectors. This is a client-facing role that requires a proactive results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Harare and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors developers and procurement teams.
  • Promote the companys range of home and hardware products.
  • Prepare and present quotations proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and expos to represent the company brand.

Key Skills:

  • Based in Harare or willing to relocate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Skilled in relationship-building and strategic selling.
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Related Sales qualification.
  • Experienced in B2B sales ideally within the construction or industrial sectors.
