    Your Role as a Drama ECT

    • Deliver exciting and inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
    • Foster students creativity confidence and collaboration through performance and devising work.
    • Receive ongoing mentorship and feedback to support your professional development.
    • Take part in regular CPD sessions to strengthen your teaching practice.
    • Contribute to the wider school community through productions clubs and extracurricular activities.

    Who Were Looking For

    • A committed Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it).
    • Passionate about teaching Drama and developing students confidence and creativity.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
    • An enthusiastic learner eager to grow as an educator in a supportive setting.

    Location: Oxford Oxfordshire
    Start Date: January 2026
    Salary: MPS Competitive & in line with experience
