Your Role as a Drama ECT
- Deliver exciting and inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Foster students creativity confidence and collaboration through performance and devising work.
- Receive ongoing mentorship and feedback to support your professional development.
- Take part in regular CPD sessions to strengthen your teaching practice.
- Contribute to the wider school community through productions clubs and extracurricular activities.
Who Were Looking For
- A committed Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it).
- Passionate about teaching Drama and developing students confidence and creativity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
- An enthusiastic learner eager to grow as an educator in a supportive setting.
