• Leading internal and courier communications strategy - from design to execution - across all channels and formats.
• Managing proactive and reactive communications ensuring clear and consistent messaging through change projects and peak periods.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR operational leaders and the wider business to deliver aligned and effective comms solutions.
• Shaping and delivering high-impact colleague and courier engagement campaigns tied to our people strategy.
• Managing and evolving internal comms channels including intranet courier news email digital signage and team briefings.
• Owning leadership events from planning content and presentations to securing internal and external speakers.
• Supporting our charity partnerships leading weekly calls and managing internal campaign delivery.
• Managing and developing a high-performing communications team.

• Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business or related field (CIPR membership desirable).
• 3 years in a senior internal comms or corporate communications role.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional campaigns and managing multi-channel internal comms.
• Outstanding writing editing and copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of employee engagement change comms and crisis management.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing at Exec level.
• Able to analyse engagement metrics and apply insight to drive continuous improvement.
• Agency and vendor management experience desirable.
