Lead HVAC Installer New Construction (Tampa / North Tampa / Odessa)

Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to lead custom residential new construction projects We are looking for motivated Lead HVAC Installers or Install Teams to join our growing company in the Tampa North Tampa and Odessa areas.

We are seeking skilled professionals with 3 years of experience in residential HVAC installation for custom homes. This includes:
- Rough-ins trims punch-outs and start-ups
- Installing complete HVAC systems duct board and flex
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Ensuring clean professional job sites and organized company vehicles
- Upholding high standards for safety and workmanship
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and job supervisors
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC new construction installation experience
- Your own tools and deep knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to read and follow blueprints accurately
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Leadership and mentoring ability for potential team oversight
