About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in AWS DevOps CI/CD and WebSphere migrations. The role involves leading a team and driving the migration of WebSphere applications to the cloud using IBM WebSphere Liberty cloud-native Java runtimes for deployment on AWS EKS environments. If you are passionate about cloud migration DevOps and delivering scalable enterprise solutions this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration of WebSphere applications to the cloud using IBM WebSphere Liberty runtimes.

Design implement and manage containerized cloud-native Java applications on AWS EKS.

Configure and manage AWS Application Load Balancer (ALB) and AWS Disaster Recovery (DRR) strategies.

Drive CI/CD pipeline development and automation for seamless deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Guide and mentor junior developers providing leadership and technical expertise.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality scalable and reliable solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Required Experience
-
Total IT Experience: 10 years
-
Relevant Hands-on Experience: Minimum 7 years in AWS DevOps and Java-based application deployments.

Proven experience in WebSphere migration projects.

Expertise in Helm Charts CI/CD and AWS DevOps best practices.

Strong knowledge of AWS EKS ALB and DRR implementation strategies.
