Senior Director Consulting
Role Purpose
The Senior Directoris accountable for building relationships and providing advice to Corporate Real Estate Executives regarding the products services and platforms to achieve their vision and strategy. The role will delivering strategic real estate consulting services for clients in the UK&I and the wider EMEA region and on building the business through identification development and conversion of opportunities. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Consulting this role will be accountable for providing Senior support for the growth the UK&I consulting business to a market leadership position.
Location: London UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive strategic growth initiatives to expand the client base increase revenue and maximize profitability across the UK&I region.
- Collaborate on Go to Market strategy with Growth and Innovation Leads Regional Industry Leads and other EMEA Consulting territories.
- Spearhead and deliver high-impact Portfolio Strategy and Transformational Change projects creating significant value for clients across the UK&I.
- Identify and developnew business development activities across UK&I
- Develop and manage key client relationships in region in collaboration with all JLL business lines to drive OneJLL business growth
- Develop talent / capabilities to address present and future UK&I market needs
- Maintain abreast of technology products and related CRE solutions within and outside the Real Estate industry to remain contemporary and credible
- Represent JLL as a thought leader in portfolio strategy and transformational change contributing to industry events publications and client engagements.
- Work to identify other areas of opportunities for JLL products and services
- Perform quality assurance reviews on high value bids and client deliverables

Requirements
- 7years of experience in strategic or management consulting
- Proven track record of delivering Portfolio Strategy and Transformational Change at a senior level.
- Superior analytical skills including the ability to analyse financial statements perform company valuations scenario analysis and develop creative and value-enhancing deal structures with a broad range of complexity
- Experience with real estate professional services and/or business services
- Proven track record of managing Consulting operations profitably by managing investments utilization and leveraging various consulting commercial models and arrangements
- Ability to leverage relationships and attract talent
- Experience in optimizing cost through right shoring of capabilities and talent
- Strong executive presence with a history of presenting to senior leadership and boards of directors
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills
