Job Description

Job Title: Social Worker
Team: Children & Families (CP/CIN/Court)
Salary: 40221 - 47420

Contract: Permanent Full Time

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a Children & Families team within Bristol.

Do you have a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and families

You will play a pivotal role in providing essential support and intervention for families in CiN CP and Court processes. Undertaking statutory duties for children and families in need collaborating with families to meet assessed needs and support safety planning implementing performance plans when necessary and working towards positive outcomes.

What Were Looking For

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Completed ASYE
  • Recent experience of case work in Child Protection Children in Need Court work and Care Proceedings
  • Excellent communication analysis and safeguarding skills
  • Knowledge of key legislation and ability to use a strengths-based approach
  • Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
