Job Title: Production Worker III / Utility Service Worker
Location: Greenwood SC - 29646
Duration: 8 Months

Shift: Day Shift - 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Please Note: The role follows a 2-on 2-off rotating Panama schedule. For example in one week youll work Monday and Tuesday be off Wednesday and Thursday and then work Friday through Sunday. The following week youll be off Monday and Tuesday work Wednesday and Thursday and have Friday through Sunday off.
Summary
We are seeking a Utility Service Worker (USW) to join our team on the day shift. This role is essential to ensuring smooth production operations by supporting packaging material handling and compliance activities. The USW will work in a fast-paced environment and must follow company SOPs cGMP and OSHA requirements to maintain safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Move finished goods using scanners or digital devices.
- Transfer finished products between areas.
- Deliver isopropyl alcohol and miscellaneous supplies to production teams.
- Enter product information into the printing system.
- Stage and transfer required packaging materials and bulk products.
- Provide packaging components and bulk products to operator equipment.
- Dispose of excess and scrap cartons appropriately.
- Transfer designated capsules to the warehouse or recycling areas.
- Perform other packaging-related tasks as assigned.
- Operate forklift palletizer and pallet jack safely.
- Maintain compliance with company policies SOPs cGMP and OSHA standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift move and transport materials (as required).
- Willingness to work a rotating Panama schedule (including every other weekend).
- Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing warehouse or packaging operations.
- Experience operating forklifts palletizers and pallet jacks.
- Knowledge of cGMP and OSHA compliance requirements.
