Business Development Manager
Location: Southwest Wyoming
Salary: Starting at $90000 DOE Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity

What Youll Do:
Lead marketing efforts to meet personal and company sales goals.
Prepare and manage sales budgets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Develop implement and manage strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Business Development Director.
Engage current and prospective clients submitting proposals for Redis full range of products and services.
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within budgeted parameters.
Lead hire and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives.
Review and negotiate contracts and agreements above designated thresholds.
Uphold a strong positive company image among clients partners and the public.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws codes and regulations.
Set and monitor monthly quarterly and annual sales goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools effectively.
What You Bring:
Education: Bachelors degree in marketing Sales or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management preferably in a related industry.
Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Salary: $90000 DOE
