* Planning & monitoring incremental sales volumes from IS RSO and H Promise Business.
* Periodic review to monitor progress of sales support business identifying gaps and corrective action plans for improvement.
* Ensuring Business enablers and dealer interest to drive sales support business.
3. Channel Management- *Target distribution and vehicle allocation to the network based on market potential and sales capabilities.
*Monitoring Dealer performance in terms of achieving business KPIS and guiding them for overall business growth.
* Identifying the needs and concerns of channel partners and supporting them with solutions.
* Communicating expectations of business enablers and ensuring that are in place for smooth operations.
* Setting the process and guidelines to conduct the daily sales operations at dealerships for creating a culture of professionalism and customer first approach.
4. Focus on Dealer Profitability- * Monitoring Performance of each dealership in terms of viability and profitability.
* Ensuring sales of the right model mix by dealerships also focus on value added services like Insurance EWSOT and accessories to get additional revenue.
