As a Salesforce Administrator with 3-5 years of experience you will manage and optimize Salesforce to support organizational goals. You will work collaboratively to configure automate maintain security and provide insightful analytics on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage users roles profiles and permissions to ensure secure and productive access.
- Maintain data quality by configuring fields validation rules and cleansing duplicates.
- Implement and monitor security controls aligned to compliance standards.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow Process Builder and approval processes.
- Design reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to business users and leadership.
- Configure and customize Salesforce platform components like objects page layouts and record types.
- Lead Salesforce release management activities including testing and user education.
- Provide training and ongoing support to users to encourage adoption and maximize system value.
- Collaborate with developers analysts and business teams to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (101/201 certification) is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Strong skills in declarative Salesforce tools for automation data management and security.
- Proficient in report and dashboard creation to drive data-driven decisions.
