Job Description
- Conduct evaluations and medical intakes for spinal pain patients (including motor vehicle accidents).
- Perform interventional procedures:
- Epidural injections (cervical/thoracic/lumbar)
- Medial branch blocks & radiofrequency ablations
- Sacroiliac joint & intra-articular hip injections
- Develop personalized treatment plans within our integrated model.
- Collaborate with chiropractors/therapists to optimize non-surgical outcomes.
- MD/DO board-certified/eligible in Pain Medicine PM&R Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine.
- Active Florida license (or in process) DEA.
- Procedural competency in spine interventions (training available for exceptional candidates).
- Passion for team-based conservative pain management.
