Job Title: IBM Maximo Consultant Integrated Form Building Specialist

Job Overview:
Our client is undertaking a digital transformation initiative to modernize field data capture operations. The project involves retiring legacy Maximo Mobile forms and migrating them to a more modern user-friendly interface through integrated form building with the Maximo tool. We are seeking an experienced Maximo professional with hands-on expertise in form-based mobile platforms to lead this effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document existing Maximo Mobile field forms and workflows
- Design and configure mobile data capture modules using integrated form building with Maximo
- Integrate modern form interfaces with Maximo to support critical business workflows
- Lead the migration of legacy field data forms into the new platform
- Support the deployment process including testing troubleshooting and UAT
- Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for field teams
- Work closely with PMO technical teams and business stakeholders to meet key project milestones
- Develop clear documentation for configurations integrations and deployment processes
- Provide post-deployment and go-live support to ensure successful adoption
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo including configuration and workflow design
- Experience in integrated form building with Maximo or similar mobile form development tools
- Strong knowledge of Maximo integration techniques APIs and workflow automation
- Proven experience leading large-scale form migrations and deployments
- Excellent communication collaboration and documentation skills
- Background in field data capture within utilities energy or environmental sectors is a plus
Nice to Have:
- IBM Maximo certifications
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and mobile platform deployment
- Experience supporting compliance-driven field operations (e.g. utility regulations environmental safety)
