Job Description
- Hands on experience in SAP MM module in creating purchase orders requisitions and related reports.
- Placing purchase orders following up with suppliers for timely despatches and follow-up customs clearance.
- Preparing purchase order for marketing and admin requirements
- Interact with Bill Booking for invoice booking and supplier payment related queries
- Understand Tax related queries and take it to tax department
- Draft documents vetting of Invoice LC BL & Packing list.
- Following with suppliers & Freight forwarders for picking import shipments.
- Preparing pending order status on weekly basis and reporting.
- Preparing data for hedging and reporting on weekly basis.
- Following with Local vendors for dispatch schedules.
- Rejection & Claim processing - suppliers
