Job Title : RPA Architect
Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time
Experience : 10-15 Years
Location : Remote
Responsibilities:
10 15 years of experience in RPA solution architecture and implementation.
Strong expertise in one or more leading RPA tools: UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism etc.
Strong experience with RPA development workflow design and orchestration.
Proficient in programming languages such as .NET Java or Python.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience with AI/ML integrations OCR (ABBYY Google Vision etc.) and NLP tools is desirable.
Familiarity with DevOps practices version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Certification in RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or Architect) is preferred.
Lead end-to-end design and architecture of RPA solutions for enterprise-level automation projects.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities through workshops and assessments.
Define architectural standards best practices and governance for RPA initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create high-level and detailed solution design documents.
Mentor and guide RPA developers and technical leads on architecture patterns coding standards and technical troubleshooting.
RPA solutions with external systems such as databases APIs OCR engines and ERP platforms.
Provide oversight on performance tuning exception handling and maintenance of bots in production.
Manage the migration of bots from development to production and coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
