Job Title : RPA Developer
Job Type : Full-Time/Part-Time
Experience : 5-12 Years
Location : Remote
Responsibilities:

5 to 12 years of experience in RPA development.

Hands-on experience in at least one major RPA platform (UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere).

Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle process design and solution architecture.

Experience integrating RPA solutions with REST/SOAP APIs databases (SQL/Oracle) ERP/CRM systems etc.

Experience in process mining AI/ML integration with RPA or document understanding tools.

Experience working in a COE setup or building RPA solutions across multiple domains.

Experience in handling Orchestrator Control Room or Robot Management Platforms.

Familiarity with Agile methodology JIRA and CI/CD pipelines for bot deployments.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C# .NET Python or Java).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and deploying bots in cloud environments.

Design develop test and deploy scalable RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.

Create and maintain solution documentation including process design documents (PDD) solution design documents (SDD) and user manuals.

Monitor troubleshoot and support deployed bots in production environments.

Ensure quality and compliance with coding standards and RPA governance policies.

Optimize and enhance existing automation workflows for performance and efficiency.

Stay updated with the latest RPA trends tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
