Job Description
The Fund Onboarding Analyst will perform the functions outlined below:
Curate collaborative relationships with custodians fund administrators and other counterparties
Communicate directly with fund managers and third-party administrators explaining requirements of the platform and
guiding them through the setup process

Ensure that internal stakeholders (Product & Research Sales Client Service Operations Legal & Compliance Marketing) are
well informed about onboarding status updates and that expectations are aligned
Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to
automate workflows
Create and maintain KPIs related to fund onboarding
Contribute to the success of Fund Onboarding and broader Operations teams goals through OKR framework
Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity skill and interest.
Requirements
Fund Onboarding Analyst
Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related discipline preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry
Knowledge of alternative investments a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite specifically Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables VBA and Macros a plus
Strong organizational multitasking problem solving communication and time management skills
Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
The candidate should have an understanding of general accounting principles including financial statements Knowledge of financial covenants and bank reconciliation Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills Keen attention to details Computer and internet proficient Can work with minimal supervision and can deliver high-quality output Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics Education and Experience: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or other related business course Can be a fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance industry
