Job Description
- Design develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations
- Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends patterns and opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Optimize data models and query performance to enhance dashboard efficiency
- Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau and data interpretation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies recommending improvements to our current processes and tools
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and best practices
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive data-driven initiatives across the organization
Qualifications :
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau including dashboard design data modeling and custom visualizations
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and data warehousing
- Expertise in data visualization techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration
- Experience in customer segmentation and campaign optimization for marketing use cases
- Proficient in Trino Git and basic Unix/shell scripting
- Fluency with Spark and Python
- Quick learner with ability to adopt new technologies and processes
- Skilled at diagnosing issues and deploying rapid solutions
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to senior stakeholders
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with marketing product design and data science teams

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
How much experience must I have
In order to thrive in this role you must have at least 5 years of experience in business intelligence or related field.
