We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Madison WI. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers offering timely and professional assistance to resolve inquiries issues and service requests. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and foster long-term client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and ticketing system in a timely and courteous manner
Resolve customer complaints efficiently ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
Provide product/service information to clients as needed
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Assist in improving customer service processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer support tools (e.g. CRM systems)
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive can-do attitude
