Manage optimize and scale paid campaigns on Meta Google Ads and other relevant channels
Develop a full-funnel strategy: TOFU brand ads MOFU destination-driven ads and BOFU retargeting
Continuously analyze performance A/B test creatives and improve conversion metrics
Collaborate with our creative and content teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives (UGC video banners)
Own reporting: budget tracking ROAS CPA and growth insights
Identify and test new paid media opportunities (TikTok Pinterest YouTube etc.)
Qualifications :
You Are
A data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in managing paid traffic at performance-focused startups or marketplaces
Comfortable with both strategy and execution from campaign planning to daily optimization
Confident in tools like Meta Ads Manager Google Ads GA4
Fluent in English self-starting and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about food travel or both!
