Job Description

We not only offer you a job but we also give you something to identify with. As our student worker within HR you will have the opportunity to work in a global company while developing your organizational skills. This position offers the possibility to work with a variety of tasks within HR and is estimated to demand 10-15 hours per week. While being at Bosch you will have the opportunity to work with HR colleagues in the Nordic region including Norway Sweden Finland Denmark and the Baltic countries. You will become a part of an existing team of 6 people that are working closely together on a daily basis.

Some of your tasks could be:

  • Assist the HR Manager and HR Business Partners in supporting the different departments recruitment activities such as posting job ads updating online ones on Smartrecruiter as well as solving ad hoc tasks.
  • Assisting the local HR Business Partner with the different Onboarding and Offboarding activities such as sending out onboarding material to managers in order to ensure a thorough procedure as well as to the new Bosch colleagues regarding information prior to their first day at work. Additionally you will in coordination with the HR Business Partner be involved in formalizing and driving a sound offboarding procedure for our leaving associates.
  • Assisting the Swedish entity with their local onboarding activites.
  • HR development project. We are continuously striving to improve HR in the Nordics and we would like your inputs and your help making HR at Bosch one of the best in the world.
  • Driving diversity initiatives and awareness campaigns. At Bosch diversity is one of our core values thus this is something we devote a lot of attention to.
  • Support with our digital GDPR compliant filing system HR Compas. When HR receives signed documents it needs to be stored according to our company policies. This ongoing task will be something that you will become owner of.
  • Solving ad hoc tasks which will support the local HR Manager and Business Partners and help them with their daily tasks.

You will receive training while being introduced to your tasks and having the opportunity to get support throughout your employment. As time goes on you will become more independent and being able to take full ownership over the daily tasks.


Qualifications :

We imagine that you are a university student within the fields of Human Resource Management Business administration Communication or similar with a strong interest in the Human Resource Management Field. In addition to this we expect you to:

  • Being able to work proficient in both written and verbal English as well as in a Nordic language.
  • You are self-directed with a strong sense of initiative and have the ability to work in an international environment.
  • Being service minded. HR has a supporting function and you will be a part of a department which is supporting our colleagues all around the Nordics a great deal.
