Job Summary
The Columbus School of Medical Massage is seeking a dedicated Director of Student Services & Placement to lead our efforts in providing exceptional support to our students. This leadership role involves implementing services that enhance student success and career placement. The ideal candidate will possess a background in administration student services career placement and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance student services programs to ensure effective support for all students.
- Develop strategic partnerships with employers to facilitate job placements for students.
- Implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of student services and placement programs.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align student services with educational goals and student needs.
- Address student concerns and work to address issues related to student success and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership within a student services environment.
- Strong understanding of career services and job placement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage students and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to implement programs that support student success and employability.
