Job Summary

Medical Dynamics Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Massage Student Clinic Director to oversee daily operations at our massage this role you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of client care managing students and implementing clinic policies. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to advance their career in a supportive environment while promoting massage therapy education. The position is Fridays from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm and Sundays from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The Clinic Director can see their own clients while being on-site for the students. You will have free use of your own room table linens lotions etc. You keep any money earned from seeing your own clients and also earn $125 per day for being on-site for the students.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the massage clinic ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Manage students.
Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to maintain high-quality client care.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment ensuring everything is in good working condition.

Requirements:

Licensed Massage Therapist
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and students.
