- Were seeking an experienced SAP Professional to support the SAP Program Lead across SO-SAP activities from the current R/3 systems through to future S/4 HANA developments
- Youll drive SAP Access and Identity Management (AIM) topics ensuring role development aligns with Bosch standards
- Youll act as a link between business project and internal Bosch Digital technical teams consulting and delivering solutions that meet both security and operational needs
- Youll also support critical project phases while guiding SAP users in day-to-day operations of future S/4HANA systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this global-facing role
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and project teams guiding through SAP standard solutions and processes that align with operational goals and enterprise standards
- Drive design implement and maintain RB compliant AIM strategies roles and controls in alignment with Bosch standards
- Collaborate with central and cross-functional teams to integrate AIM requirements segregation of duties (SoD) into SAP operations and projects including the S/4HANA transformation
- Drive and coordinate AIM-related activities (e.g. TARIS rollouts) and support audits compliance checks and incident resolution
- Contribute to the design deployment and rollout of S/4HANA supporting the SO SAP Program Lead with S/4 Transformation
- Continuously improve processes enhance automation and maintain comprehensive documentation. report on access governance and security posture
Qualifications :
- Hands on knowledge and solid understanding of SAP R/3 & S/4HANA functional and security processes
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP ERP Landscape & Access and Identity Management (AIM)
- Solid experience with Access Risk Catalog and Business Role Management
- Excellent knowledge in SAP roles and authorization concept TARIS and SAP Interface Management in R/3 and S/4 HANA
- Confident handling of SAP test systems and execution of test scenarios
- Experience in agile environments managing shifting priorities and delivering iterative solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges in dynamic settings
- High level of commitment initiative flexibility and dedication
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
- University degree in business & informatics IT security or a comparable qualification is an advantage
