Job Description

What are we looking for

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) at SentinelOne you will hold a pivotal deeply technical role responsible for driving the successful adoption integration and optimization of SentinelOnes cybersecurity platform within partner environments. This hands-on role requires strong technical acumen architectural understanding and operational fluency across large-scale multi-tenant deployments.

What will you do

  • Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned MSSP partners across all phases of the partnership lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic and technical account guidance including service reviews telemetry-driven insights and platform tuning for performance scalability and risk mitigation.
  • Guide and support complex deployments ensuring MSSPs can confidently deliver SentinelOne-powered services across diverse customer environments.
  • Directly work on all assigned MSSP support tickets. Escalate critical issues. Ensure rapid responses clear communication and effective cross-functional resolution.
  • Lead technical onboarding and enablement ensuring MSSPs are trained certified and operationally capable. You will need to deliver tailored workshops and presentations both remotely and on-site.
  • Act as a technical liaison to internal Product Engineering Support and Sales teams advocating for partner needs troubleshooting advanced issues and influencing roadmap priorities.
  • Drive platform innovation by aligning partner use cases with SentinelOne features API capabilities and automation workflows.
  • Analyse usage patterns threat data and operational signals to deliver actionable insights for MSSP service enhancement.
  • Maintain deep hands-on knowledge of SentinelOnes platform and APIs as well as the evolving threat landscape and MSSP delivery models.

What skills and knowledge should you bring

  • Proven success managing technical relationships with enterprise or strategic partners.
  • 5 years in a highly technical hands-on role (TAM Solution Engineering Senior Support or similar) within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Strong team player comfortable with project work and task sharing.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently making the best decisions to ensure partners satisfaction
  • Strong capacity for rapid learning to keep pace with swift product and portfolio evolution. A collaborative attitude to share knowledge across teams.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities demonstrating strong time management skills even under stress and urgent deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MSSP business operations SLAs and service delivery best practices (desirable).
  • Experience designing and/or supporting multi-tenant security architectures at scale.
  • Solid experience across multiple OS platforms: Windows macOS Linux; mobile platforms a plus.
  • Strong grasp of networking and security fundamentals including protocol analysis threat detection and endpoint protection.
  • Being comfortable in scripting and automation (e.g. Python PowerShell Bash) to drive efficiency and integration.
  • Working knowledge of XDR technologies and modern SOC workflows.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced multinational and multicultural environments collaborating across international teams and time zones while independently prioritising and managing multiple technically complex projects.
  • Strong communication and technical presentation skills including experience delivering workshops or enablement (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to threat hunting and investigative techniques is a strong plus.
