Job Description

  • Provide guidance to the team members on what techniques to apply as well as existing coding structures in programming and program coding; 
  • Provide software solutions to address deficiencies by studying information needs conferring with CAF stakeholders studying systems flow data usage and work processes;
  • Configure application software by establishing performance parameters and customizing details in order to achieve optimal technical performance;
  • Monitor application load and software to achieve optimal technical performance; and
  • Any other Technical Architect related tasks requested by the client to support operations.

Qualifications :

  • Have a post secondary education (College/CEGEP diploma or University degree)
  • Minimum 10 years experience as a Technical Architect
  • Minimum 3 years experience analyzing requirements and developing HRMS software applications
  • Experience designing and implementing HRMS software applications
  • Minimum 4 years experience in data modeling and data integration using SQL Navigator


Additional Information :

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Level clearance
  • Able to go onsite 5 days a week (Ottawa- Byward Market)
