Responsabilit

  • Collaborare con il team di facility management in loco per garantire il completamento delle attivit di manutenzione preventiva pianificata e reattiva.
  • Organizzare la manutenzione preventiva pianificata (PPM) del sito e coordinare le visite dei fornitori e la verifica dei lavori eseguiti.
  • Monitorare quotidianamente il sistema di ticket dei clienti e di JLL e mantenerlo aggiornato.
  • Seguire e monitorare i lavori di riparazione.
  • Lavorare con il sistema interno Task per tenere traccia di tutte le richieste di lavori di Facility e chiudere le azioni secondo gli SLA.
  • Cercare di migliorare continuamente processi sistemi e soddisfazione generale del cliente.
  • Tracciare tutti gli interventi e la documentazione. Questo deve essere fatto sia elettronicamente che fisicamente.
  • Fornire report settimanali e mensili.
  • Verificare la qualit e controllare che tutti i fornitori siano conformi e che la documentazione sia registrata di conseguenza.
  • Effettuare ispezioni quotidiane dellufficio.
  • Risolvere problemi relativi alle strutture nelle sale conferenze arredamento interno impianti e attrezzature.
  • Eseguire riparazioni strutturali incluse riparazioni di manutenzione e assemblaggio di elementi necessari allinterno dellufficio.
  • Effettuare audit di qualit dellufficio compresi mobili e attrezzature su base regolare registrando tutti i problemi e garantendo che le azioni vengano completate in tempo.
  • Fornire supporto per riunioni e riparazioni nelle sale conferenze riparazioni nei bagni riparazioni MK e del ristorante.
  • Agire in modo collaborativo per risolvere problemi e situazioni spontanee e uniche con professionalit e orientamento al servizio.
  • Garantire il completamento dei controlli quotidiani e la fornitura dei servizi concordati e la soddisfazione generale del cliente dimostrando reattivit e creativit nel trovare soluzioni per lerogazione del servizio.
  • Garantire un adeguato follow-up con clienti e fornitori.
  • Fornire supporto al team pi ampio di facility ed eventi in termini di aggiornamento delle attivit/supporto ai fornitori allestimento eventi.
  • Lavorare come parte del team FM generale su compiti relativi alle strutture incluso riparazioni di primo livello supporto alla sala posta supporto eventi sostituzione di lampadine e movimentazione manuale.
  • Collaborare regolarmente con appaltatori esterni ad es. appaltatori M&E pulizie audiovisivi appaltatori di allestimenti.
  • Supportare il team eventi pi ampio in termini di allestimenti/schermi/supporti ecc.
  • Compiti occasionali di tanto in tanto per supportare il resto del team di facility management.
  • Supporto occasionale per le assenze dei colleghi.

Competenze ed Esperienza

  • Esperienza in un ruolo operativo allinterno di un ambiente di eventi o facility management.
  • Qualifica tecnica o professionale essenziale.
  • Eccellenti capacit di servizio al cliente e orientamento.
  • Capacit di mantenere la professionalit in ogni momento anche in situazioni di stress.
  • Capacit di gestire pi attivit contemporaneamente e di lavorare senza supervisione diretta.
  • Competenza in MS Office e possesso di eccellenti capacit di comunicazione scritta e verbale e relazionali.
  • La conoscenza dellinglese vantaggiosa ma non richiesta.
  • Precedente esperienza di lavoro in un ambiente multinazionale dinamico.
  • Mentalit orientata alla sostenibilit.
  • Mentalit proattiva e pratica.

What the job involves

Work with the onsite facilities team to ensure planned preventative and reactive tasks are completed.

Organize site PPM and coordinate vendor visits and verification of performed works.

Track daily client and JLL ticketing system and keep updated.

Follow-up and track remedial works.

Work with the internal Task system to keep track of all requested Facilities work and close out actions according to SLAs.

Seek to continuously improve processes systems and overall client satisfaction.

Track all intervention and paperwork. This is to be done both electronically and physically.

Provide weekly and monthly reports.

Quality and sense check all vendors are compliant and documentation is logged accordingly.

Daily site inspections of the office

Resolve facilities-related problems with conference rooms interior furnishings fixtures and equipment.

Perform fabric related repairs including handyman repairs building of items required within the office.

Carry out quality audits office including furniture and equipment on a regular basis logging all issues and ensuring actions are completed on time.

Provide support for meetings and conference room repairs bathroom repairs MK and restaurant repairs.

Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation.

Ensure completion of daily checks and delivery of committed services and overall client satisfaction demonstrate responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.

Ensure appropriate follow up with customers and vendors.

Provides support for the wider facilities and events team in terms of updating tasks/supporting vendors event setup.

Work as part overall FM team on facilities related tasks including first line fix post room support events support replacement of light bulbs and manual handling.

Regularly work with external contractors e.g. M&E contractor cleaning AV fit out contractors

Support wider events team in terms of set ups/screens/props etc

Ad hoc duties from time to time to support the rest of the facilities team.

Ad hoc back-up for colleagues absences

Skills & Experience

Experience in a hands-on role working within an events or facilities environment.

Technical qualification or trade essential.

Outstanding customer service skills and orientation

Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.

Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.

Proficient in MS Office and possess excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.

English proficiencyis beneficial but not required.

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced multi-national environment
