Description
As a Field Project Manager youll lead and work alongside a crew of movers to ensure the safe efficient and professional relocation of office furniture equipment and contents for commercial clients. Your main job is to deliver high-quality service on-site manage daily operations and ensure client satisfaction throughout each move. Youll focus on executing move plans mentoring your team and maintaining safety and service standards. Youll report to the Operations Manager.
What youll do
- Lead and supervise movers during relocations
- Conduct daily job site meetings
- Manage on-site logistics and crew assignments
- Ensure proper handling of furniture IT equipment and materials
- Serve as on-site client contact
- Report progress and issues to operations
- Complete paperwork (timesheets damage reports etc.)
- Enforce safety and DOT compliance
- Train crew on techniques and standards
- Assist with inventory materials and equipment
What were looking for
- Experience in commercial moving; supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership communication and organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Professional customer-focused attitude
- Ability to read and follow move plans
- Valid drivers license preferred; CDL a plus
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekend
