Are you a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for client service and relationship management We are seeking a dedicatedEH&B Claims Executiveto join our team at our Riyadh head office. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to support our client relationship management efforts within the Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B) Claims department. If you possess strong communication skills analytical capabilities and a proactive problem-solving approach we welcome you to contribute to our commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence.
We will count on you to:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends insights and opportunities for enhancing service delivery and client engagement.
Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction metrics account performance and relationship health to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and operations to ensure client needs are aligned with company offerings and strategic initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions feedback and action items within the CRM system to ensure continuity and accountability.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in client relationship management customer service or a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building and stakeholder influence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
