Your Role:
As a Client Services Administrator youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing general administration tasks like mail processing scanning and maintaining accurate client records
  • Liaising with the ATO and ASIC for applications reviews and updates
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to client inquiries professionally
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Supporting the team with events activities and process documentation

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of administration experience in an accounting firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive customer service mindset
  • Knowledge of systems like Xero FYI Docs ATO Portal and advanced Word/Excel skills
