About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
As an Administration Officer youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Toowoomba Residence.
St Vincents Care Services Toowoomba features peaceful landscaped gardens and offers a range of comfortable accommodation options.
You will be required to work on a casual part time basis with some rostering flexibility offered.

Things that work for us:
Relevant experience in a similar role providing administrative services and supporting your Manager
Certificate/Diploma Business Frontline Management or IT desirable
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
