BlueCare Sunnybank Hills is seeking an organised and dedicated Rostering Officer to support the operations of the facility.
Rostering Officer BlueCare Sunnybank Hills Aged Care Facility
Employment Term:Full time position (Monday to Friday 0730-1530)
Location:Sunnybank Hills Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $31.94 - $33.24 p/hr (based upon experience) Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging Penalties & Allowances

About the role:
As aRostering Officer our main coordinator of base rosters shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services you will be responsible for the following:
Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing long- and short-term rosters
Reallocating shifts managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions
Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements
Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off
Coordinating managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment including escalation of issues
Role requirements:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
Previous experience with a service coordination scheduling or rostering role
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Experience within payroll administration
Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage
Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
