Tasks
Were looking for an experienced IT Product Manager to manage the continuous improvement of our platform. Youll coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features that delight our users and drive growth. You are reporting directly to our CTO and will be in close contact with stakeholders from the whole organisation bringing together valuable insights for product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders (engineering design marketing operations)
- Break down high-level goals into user stories and detailed requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement
- Track progress using Linear and communicate status to leadership
- Collaborate closely with engineers to balance technical constraints and business needs
- Analyze market trends user feedback and performance metrics to inform product decisions
- Write clear concise documentation (specs release notes process guides) in English
Requirements
2 Years in Product Management of a software product ideally in a startup or marketplace environment
- Agile Project Management: Proven experience managing products in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on with Linear Jira or equivalent issue-tracking and roadmapping tools
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; comfortable presenting to global stakeholders
- Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of web architectures APIs and common tech stacks
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with or PHP codebases (even at a high level)
- Experience working with AWS (e.g. EC2 Lambda RDS) or other cloud platforms
- Previous background in marketplaces or e-commerce products
- Passion for cycling and outdoor sports
