Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience
Essential Functions: - Clinical Judgment:
Conduct accurate assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans based on prioritized patient and family needs. Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly. - Clinical Inquiry:
Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Promote evidence-based care through active learning and research engagement. - Caring Practices:

Required Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience:
- 1 year as a Registered Nurse (RN) .
- 1 year of experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
- CVOR experience highly preferred
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) must be current or obtained within 30 days of hire
